Special delivery UK/Northern Ireland only

Your balloon will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This guarantees your balloon will have a delivery before 1pm on your chosen day. A signature will be required from someone at the delivery address.

If for some reason a delivery attempt has not been made on the chosen day you will be entitled to a refund as per our terms.

Please note that Saturday deliveries are now guaranteed with Special Delivery. There is however an extra charge of £2.00 made by Royal Mail and you will need to select this option in the delivery menu. If you have selected a Saturday delivery date on the checkout page and choose not to pay the extra £2.00 we will attempt to contact you, but should we not be able to, we will not send the package for Saturday delivery but it will arrive on the following Monday. We are sorry but should this happen no refund will be issued unless the package was not delivered at all.


Special delivery details

If no-one is available at the delivery address to sign for the balloon a card will be left informing the recipient that a Special Delivery attempt has been made. This card gives a phone number and clear instructions on how to get the balloon re-delivered or where the balloon can be picked up from (Local Royal Mail sorting office)

Some areas are not covered by the Royal Mail service and delivery will take a minimum of 2 days. Please allow longer for your delivery if your recipient lives in any of the following postcode areas:
